Anatomy for Animation

Suitable for: 

Artists, character designers, 3D modelers and/or animators of all kinds. Presented by Dr. Chuck Woods - one of the finest and most knowledgeable experts on primate locomotion around. (Note: This is a mandatory class for 'Foundational Certificate in Animation' students.)
Overview: 

The make a character move consistently it is essential to understand the underlying anatomy that that character is based upon – real or imagined. Similarly if a character is being designed or modeled it is imperative to understand bodily construction based on real anatomy. This course introduces a non-medical form of anatomy specifically for artists, designers and animators.
Outcomes: 

Students successfully completing this course will be able to confidently draw accurate figures, design characters or animate characters with much more knowledge and confidence.
